I. Pledge Of Allegiance

II. Call To Order: President Pedersen called to order the Board of Trustees of the

Village of Franklin Park in regular session at 7:00 p.m.

III. Roll Call; Establishment Of Quorum

Village Clerk Irene Avitia called the roll:

Present: Trustees Mr. Ybarra, Mr. Johnson, Ms. McLean (7:02), Mr. Caporusso, and Mr. Ruhl. Absent: Ms. Special. The Village Clerk declared a quorum was present.

Legal Representation Present: Joe Montana, Village Attorney

Staff Members Present: Lisa Anthony (Health and Human Resources Director), Frank Grieashamer (Treasurer), David Gonzalez (Comptroller), Pete Cajigas (Director, Department of Building), Joe Lauro (Utilities Commissioner), Tom Dailly (I.T. Manager), Dave Talbott (Engineer Consultant for Smith LaSalle), Director of Police Mike Witz

1. Ms. Mclean Reported 20 Contractors Applied For Licenses

2. Ms. Mclean Reported 7 Property Closings

F. Human Resources, Sustainable Practices And Senior Services Committee (Ms. Mclean, Chair)

1. Ms. Mclean Reminded People To Check On Their Neighbors During The Cold Weather

2. Ms. Mclean Announced That The Sexual Harrassment Policy Has Been Updated

Motion made by Mr. Ybarra, seconded by Mr. Caporusso to pass the Consent Agenda Items 1 through 4 Roll Call: Ayes –Ms. McLean, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Caporusso, Mr. Ybarra, and Mr. Ruhl. Nay – 0. Absent –Ms. Special. Abstain – 0.
