Village of Westchester Special Committee of the Whole will meet on October 17.

To give as many visitors as possible an opportunity to speak and in the interest of adjourning the meeting by 9:00
p.m., please limit your comments to 3 minutes in length, unless further time is granted by the Board.

5. Workshop Discussions on Various Village matters including but not limited to Finance, Water, Police, Fire
and Public Works Departments. No votes will be taken on any matter.
