Lyons Municipal Officers Electoral Board adopts procedure rules

The village of Lyons Municipal Officers Electoral Board met Jan. 4 to adopt procedure rules.

MUNICPAL OFFICERS ELECTORAL, BOARD FOR THE VILLAGE OF LYONS

OPEN MEETINGS ACT PUBLIC NOTCE/LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Officers Electoral Board for the Village of Lyons ("Board'), for the hearing and passing upon of Objections to the Nomination Papers of James K. Jenks, Candidate for Village President, in the Village of Lyons, will hold a meeting of the Board, which is required by law to meet and pass upon objections to nomination papers of candidates in the Village of Lyons to be voted for at the Consolidated Election to be held on April 4, 2017.

The Board shall meet on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. at the Village of Lyons, Village Hall, 4200 Lawndale Avenue, Lyons, Illinois, 60534, for the purpose of hearing and passing upon of Objections to the Nomination Papers of James K. Jenks, Candidate for Village President, for the April 4, 2017, Consolidated Election.
