Opening of Meeting
Meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm.
Roll Call.
Agenda approved. Motion by L Beribak, second by D Walz. Motion passed with all in favor.
No guests or visitors present.
New Business
Minutes from April 11, 2016 were reviewed and will be sent to the Board for approval. Motion by L Beribak, second by A Hammond. Motion passed.
Discussion of Draft Annual Audit Documents
The committee reviewed draft documents from the Annual Audit prepared by Lauterbach & Amen, LLP. The committee proposed some questions and clarifications and recommended that the auditors prepare final documents for final approval by the Board including those questions and clarifications.

Meeting adjourned at 7:24 pm. Motion by P Shaker, second by L Beribak. Motion passed with all in favor.
