Bellwood trustees to consider accepting low bid on pavement-repair project

The Bellwood Village Board will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Village Board Room, 3200 Washington Blvd. to consider whether to accept the lowest contract bid on the 2016 Pavement Patching Program project.

Along with the mayor of Bellwood, the board of trustees acts as the village’s corporate authority and exercises municipal powers that have not been specifically delegated to another office or board in the municipality. Bellwood’s six trustees form the legislative body. They are elected from the village at large to four-year terms.

VILLAGE OF BELLWOOD REGULAR BOARD MEETING AGENDA SEPTEMBER 21, 2016

The Village Board of the Village of Bellwood will conduct a regular board meeting on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Board Room at 3200 Washington Boulevard, Bellwood, IL 60104-1984 for the purposes of considering the following agenda:

iii Item D - The project consists of replacement and repair of certain sidewalks that are in disrepair, the amount of the lowest responsible bid for the project is $72,450.00,
