Maywood trustees appoint new village budget officer

The Maywood Board of Trustees approved the

appointment of Village Manager Willie Norfleet Jr. to be the new village budget officer during a recent meeting.

The board also re-appointed Tom Kus to the Historic Preservation Commission.

The board also allowed KaleidoServe Organization to use the Maywood Multipurpose Facility, 200 South Fifth Avenue, for its Future League Program 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 20 through August 12.

The board also approved an ordinance authorizing certain amendments to the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Village of Maywood Budget.

The board also approved an ordinance for a Class M Liquor License (Video/Café Bistro) for Lacey’s Place LLC Series Maywood, which does business as Lacey’s Place.
