The Cook County Health and Hospitals System (CCHHS) board heard an update from CEO John Jay Shannon on the progress of CCHHS' strategic plan at a recent meeting.
The Quality and Patient Safety Committee was expected to present an update on the 2016 Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Plan for Stroger Hospital.
The Human Resources Committee was expected to present an update on CCHHS' employment plan and present its recommendations on the proposed 2016 executive incentive plan for CCHHS CEOs.
The board was expected to discuss some of the aforementioned items during a closed session, along with a Provident Hospital medical staff credentialing issue and any other sensitive legal or personnel matters.
