The River Forest Historic Preservation Commission is expected to vote on proposed modifications to three local historic properties at its next meeting, 7 p.m. Thursday in the second-floor conference room at River Forest Village Hall, 400 Park Ave.
The commission will review historic-property modification proposals and applications for Certificates of Appropriateness for plans to add siding on the buildings at 558 Franklin Ave. and 739 William St., as well as a design plan for an addition to 7800 Augusta St.

The commission also will discuss possible amendments to River Forest's historic preservation ordinance.
