3. Appointment and Swearing-In of Rickey L. Smith as Division Commander of the Berwyn Police Department.

2. Ald. Pabon: RESOLUTION: A Resolution Directing City Staff to Immediately Deactivate and Suspend Use of Flock License Plate Reader Cameras and to Terminate the Existing Contract with Flock Group, Inc.

3. Ald. Pabon: A Proposal Directing the City Attorney to Draft an Amendment to the City's Welcoming City Ordinance that Would Prohibit Immigration Enforcement Operations on City-owned, Leased, or Controlled Property Without a Valid Judicial Warrant.

7. City Attorney Bertuca, Snr. Engr. Campbell: RESOLUTION: A Resolution Authorizing and Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Berwyn and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for the Design, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of the 34thStreet Rehabilitation Project for the City of Berwyn, County of Cook, State of Illinois.

8. City Attorney Bertuca, Snr. Engr. Campbell: RESOLUTION: A Resolution Authorizing and Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Berwyn and the Town of Cicero for Improvements to Lombard Avenue from Pershing Road to 31s Street for the City of Berwyn, County of Cook, State of Illinois.

9. Snr. Engr. Campbell: Recommendation and Approval of Pay Estimate #2 for the PY 2024 CDBG Sidewalk Replacement Program to M&J Asphalt Paving Co., Inc., in the amount of $132,744.80. This payment includes a 5% retainage.

10. Snr. Engr. Campbell: Recommendation and Approval of Pay Estimate #2 for the 2025 MFT Street Resurfacing program to Lindahl Brothers, Inc., in the amount of $464,465.92. This payment includes a 10% retainage.

11. Snr. Engr. Campbell: Recommendation and Approval of Pay Estimate #3 for the 2025 MFT Street Resurfacing program to Lindahl Brothers, Inc., in the amount of $555,823.80. This payment includes a 10% retainage.

12. Snr. Engr. Campbell: Recommendation and Approval of Pay Estimate #4 for the 2025 MFT Street Resurfacing program to Lindahl Brothers, Inc., in the amount of $467,031.86. This payment includes a 10% retainage.
