West Central Consolidated Communications (WC3) has announced the appointment of Thomas Perfect as its new Executive Director, effective October 20, 2025.
Perfect brings over two decades of experience in public safety and emergency communications. He previously served as the 911 Director for the City of Waukegan and held leadership roles with the Village of Glenview for ten years. Earlier in his career, he worked as a 911 Dispatcher for the Villages of Riverside and LaGrange.
According to WC3, "Throughout his career, Mr. Perfect has demonstrated a strong record of leadership in the 911 communications field. He has successfully fostered interagency collaboration, motivated and developed staff, and led technology initiatives, including playing an integral role in establishing Waukegan’s new 911 center. These achievements make him well suited to guide WC3 into the future."
As Executive Director, Perfect will be responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, staff development, and maintaining high service standards across WC3's communities.
