Consideration and approval of: Finance Report as of September 3, 2025 and Check Detail Report for the Period: August 7, 2025 to September 3, 2025 in the amount of $535,040.56. at Board Meeting (Agency Check Numbers 30038 through 30070). (Dollar Amount and Check Numbers subject to adjustment by the Agency Board during the Meeting).

2. Consideration and approval of: Engagement Letter Regarding Financial Consulting Agreement with Zabinski Consulting Services, Inc. for Performance of Professional Services Related to Assistance with the Issuance of Water System Revenue Refunding Bonds to Pay for a Portion of the Construction of the 1.5 MG Water Reservoir Project (with a 20 hour cap on services).

B. Old Business:

1. Consideration and approval of: Motion to Approve Signing Up with Solarlandscape / Community Solar’s Subscription Program to Receive Solar Energy Produced Electricity at the 10th Avenue Pump Station and to Benefit from the Solar Energy Discounted Electricity Rates.
