Discussion regarding Mobile Home Incentives. Mr. Rogers explained the Mobile Home Owners receive a rent/garbage rebate. The rent increases are a concern for the residents of the Mobile Home Communities. Mr. Rogers contacted the Managers of the Mobile Home Parks to see if they would be interested in initiating discussions about keeping rent rate the same for several years and the Village Board Issue Checks to the Parks. Some of the parks have looked at the offer differently and there are some concerns to address about what would happen if the program were to cease in the future to prevent large rent increases. Mr. Rogers is awaiting responses from the Mobile Home Parks. President Millsap explained the amount being discussed is $35,000.00.

In turn the park would make enhancements to the park. Resident's number one complaints are the rent increases, so we are trying to help the residents. Mr. Rogers explained $35,000 would be close to the cost of the property taxes of the parks. This is a unique situation and will take some cooperation to proceed.

Motion to approve/deny hiring John Kenney to explore Village options at 6607 Chester Avenue.
