Oak Park And River Forest High School was well-represented by Cole Benson and four former teammates now on Illinois Wesleyan Titans during the NCAA Division III baseball game on Wednesday, April 23

On Wednesday, April 23, five former Oak Park And River Forest High School standouts, including Cole Benson, Cole Shamhart, Jack Flagg, John Philip Ferraro and Patrick Carmody’s current college team, the Illinois Wesleyan Titans, lost 11-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Eastern Illinois Panthers.

The game took place at Coaches Stadium at Monier Field. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Titans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 12 p.m. at Horenberger Field against DePauw Tigers.
