Village Hall offers free beginner Mat Pilates classes

Beginner Mat Pilates classes will be offered every Monday at 6 PM from June 17 to July 22 at the Village Hall Community Room. Open to individuals aged 16 and up, these sessions aim to revitalize both mind and body. The classes are free of charge.
