AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HIGHWAY AUTHORITY AND THE VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN PARK FOR THE ACORN LANE AND POWELL STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

MOTION TO APPROVE DUKE’S ROOT CONTROL, INCORPORATED, ELGIN, ILLINOIS, AS THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE BIDDER FOR THE 2024 SEWER CLEANING AND INSPECTION PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $83,078.25 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BID ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION FROM THE VILLAGE ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

7. MOTION TO APPROVE A PROPOSAL FROM SMITH LASALLE CONSULTING ENGINEERS, FRANKLIN PARK, ILLINOIS, FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE DOWNTOWN PLAZA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $20,000.00 AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

8. MOTION TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH GRUND & RIESTERER ARCHITECTS, INCORPORATED, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS TO PROVIDE DESIGN SERVICES, CONSTRUCTION AND BID DOCUMENT PREPARATION, AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR THE REPAIR OF VILLAGE STRUCTURES, ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS, AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

9. MOTION TO APPROVE A PROPOSAL FROM SE3, LLC, LISLE, ILLINOIS, FOR DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR THE WOLF, ADDISON, AND RUNGE PHASE ONE PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $250,000.00 AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

10. MOTION TO APPROVE A LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE GRAND AVENUE AND GEORGE STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL IN THE AMOUNT OF $95,057.00 AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

11. MOTION TO APPROVE A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE IN BALTIERREZ V. VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT, CASE NUMBER 2024 CH 02708 IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000.00 AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

12. MOTION TO APPROVE THE PROPOSAL FROM PRAEDIUM VALUATION GROUP, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, FOR AN APPRAISAL REPORT TO DETERMINE THE MARKET VALUE OF PROPERTY AT 9651 FRANKLIN AVENUE AND 3335 SCHIERHORN COURT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,700.00 AND AUTHORIZE THE REQUIRED OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME
