C. Consideration to Purchase Six 2024 Model Year EZGO Carts in the Amount of $53,822 from Textron Specialty Vehicles, Inc. 

D. Consideration to Enter into an Agreement with Beverly Environmental LLC in the Amount of $21,315 to Complete the Proposed North Pond Renovation Project.
