ii Item A - The intergovernmental agreement provides for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago to perform a condition assessment of high-risk sanitary sewers and correction of any deficiencies identified therein in order to assist in the mitigation of any basement sewer back-up,

iii Item C - The Village received several bids pertaining to the 2024 Sidewalk Replacement Program, the attached awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the project,

iv Item D - The Village received several bids pertaining to the 2023 PY CDBG Program Alley Reconstruction Project, the attached awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the project,

v Item G - The attached provides for the purchase of a street sweeper and a sewer cleaning machine from the lowest bidder identified by and through a joint purchasing cooperative,

vi Item I - The Village solicited bids for the 2024 Watermain Replacement Project and desires to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,

v Item M - The Resolution referenced herein allows for a Class 6b which grants the owner a reduction in real estate taxes for a thirteen-year period, Cook County provides municipalities with the ability to provide said real estate tax incentives in order to minimize the number of vacant, dilapidated and blighted property within their respective communities,

vi Item N - The Village desires to engage the company to assist in testing certain aspects of construction of the buildings as part of the Bellwood Gateway Development,

ii Item H - The Village desires to engage the company to assist in the collection of data pertaining to sprinkler system RPZs,

ii Item E – Proclamation recognizes and supports National Safe Boating Week,

iii Item F - Employee filed a claim before the Illinois Industrial Commission seeking recovery for benefits, losses and damages relating to an alleged injury suffered during the course of employment, the parties by and through counsel have reached an amicable resolution of the matter in the amount of $11,078.01,
