iv Item A - The Village on an annual basis adopts an appropriation ordinance providing for the appropriations of funds for the calendar year, it should be noted that the village staff once again proposes a balanced budget for the calendar year 2024,

v Item B - The Village on an annual basis adopts an appropriation ordinance providing for the appropriations of funds for the calendar year. From time to time it is necessary to amend the appropriation ordinance in order to provide for and authorize certain expenditures,

vi Item C - The Village of Bellwood is required to annually perform an audit of the financial records of the village the findings of which are adopted and published,

vii Item D - The agreement engages Sikich, LLP for the purpose of performing an audit of the Village’s financial records,

viii Item E - The attached Agreement provides for a renewal of an existing agreement with Nyhart to provide actuarial analysis of the Village’s respective pension funds including the Village’s Police and Fire pension funds,
