I. CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Board Meeting of Monday, August 14, 2023 was called to order by Mayor Thompson at 7:55 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 2350 South 25th Avenue, Broadview, IL 60155.

There being a quorum the meeting was called to order.

Chief Mills, then read details of activities revolving around Chief of the Day Bennet Flynn. Chief Mills then presented a Chief of the Day plaque to Bennett Flynn, in recognition of his service.
Chief Mills then presented a plaque to Scott of STP Transport in recognition of his services and collaborative efforts working with the Village of Broadview.
