2) Motion to approve Resolution R-12-2023; A Resolution of the City of Northlake, Cook County, Illinois, Authorizing a County of Cook No Cash Bid Program Application to Secure a Tax Certificate of Purchase for the Nonpayment of Real Estate Taxes on Certain Parcels of Real Property.

3) Motion to approve Resolution R-13-2023; A Resolution Approving the Intergovernmental Agreement by and Between the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for the Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the Millennium Park Permeable Parking Lot Project Northlake, IL.

4) Motion to approve Ordinance O-09-2023; An Ordinance Proposing the Establishment of Special Service Area No. 3 by the City of Northlake for the Condominium Building Located at 23 King Arthur Court and Providing for a Public Hearing and other Procedures in Connection Therewith.

5) Motion to approve the 2023/24 Blue Cross Blue Shield/Metlife Group Benefit Renewals.

6) Motion to approve the Engineer’s Recommendation to Award the Bid to Herlihy Mid-Continent Company in the amount of $924,346.07 for the Hirsch Street Bridge Replacement Project.
