Trustee Graf-Stone informs all her team is finalizing the class compensation study will be bringing results to the board soon.

Assistant Village Administrator Miller gave information regarding aggregation programs, he is looking for direction. Village Board directed to obtain bids to bring back for consideration on proceeding with the program.

Trustee Mohammed states staff finalized the 2022-2023 budget for approval tonight. Also informs all on St Charles corridor project kick off meeting has been scheduled. Trustee Salemi comments on RISE funding available. Administrator Espiritu comments on looking at different projects to apply for available funding.

9.6.1 Trustee Liaison Report

Trustee Perez has received about $3,000 in donations regarding events in Berkeley. He states all entertainments has been booked for music in the park. Lions club is celebrating a 75-year anniversary. Hearing bus is still scheduled to come to Berkeley. Historical society is having a meeting 4/22/22.

10.1 4/14/22 Village/Park District Ad-Hoc Meeting at 6:30 p.m.

10.2 4/15/22 Spring Holiday – Village Offices Closed

10.3 4/19/22 Village Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m.

President Lee informs round table will be held 4/28/22 at 6:30 p.m.

Thanks staff and department heads regarding budget.

Administrator Espiritu reminds everyone summer schedule is 3rd Tuesday of June, July and August.
