Variance Request Case #22-ZBA 01 – The applicant is requesting a variance and any other relief that the Commission finds to be necessary to allow the construction of a garage. Construction of the new garage would increase the coverage from 41% coverage to 52% that is a 12% excess from the 40% allowed by code. The Property is a legal-conforming lot in an R-1 Single Family Residential District at 415 51st Ave. John A. Green, Owner.
