Proviso Township Board of Trustees met Jan. 19.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, and Assessor Zawaski. Also, present were Attorney Durkin and Clerk Williams.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on January 4, 2022.

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for January 1, 2022 – January 15, 2022.

A. Supervisor’s Report – No warrants. Governor’s report: remote meetings. Final inspection on Congress building was completed and the fuel tank was installed.

D. Elected Officials Report – COVID testing @ Township every Wednesday morning.

A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.

Trustee Herrell moved seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees adjourns the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
