Died from:

-Primary cause: acute hypoxic respiratory failure, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension; coronary artery disease; heart failure; diabetes mellitus; acute myeloid leukemia

91 year-old white female

Location of death: Harmony Healthcare and 3919 W. Foster Ave., Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: COVID-19

-Secondary cause: atrial fibrillation; heart failure; hypertension

76 year-old white female

Location of death: 765 W. Hillside Drive, Bensenville

Died from:

-Primary cause: closed head injuries, FALL

-Secondary cause: COVID-19

91 year-old white male

Location of death: 12103 S. Oak Park Ave., Palos Heights

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

85 year-old black female

Location of death: 6300 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: diabetes mellitus; coronary artery disease; hypertension; end stage renal disease; pulmonary thromboembolism
