Town of Proviso Board of Trustees met Dec. 6.

1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162, on Monday, December 6, 2021.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present: Trustees Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, and Attorney Durkin. Trustee Thomas attended the meeting via audio conference.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on November 17, 2021.

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS

6) ATTORNEY’ REPORT
Smart Route Agreement revised. Maywood will not be a part of the agreement. Shared cost will be discussed at a later date with other participants. Maywood would have no financial support. Discussion would be remainder of the school year.

A. Supervisor’s Report – Warrants approved. Prospective Magazine highlights Jorge Velazquez, winner of the Senior Director of the Year Award. Governor’s highlights reviewed.
