City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs commission Met July 13.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm
Present:
Anna Johnson, Tim Rail, Diane Sampson
Absent:
Pat Pionto, Kay Sampson
Others Present:
Paul Straube
Diane made a motion to approve the minutes from the June 8, 2021 meeting, seconded by Anna. All in favor, the motion carried.

Summer Concerts
NEW BUSINESS –
We are gathering our ideas for Boo-Fest 2021, We would really like to bring back Northlake Days in 2022. Baseball Parade, Carnival, Food Vendors, Bands, etc. Maybe we can shorten it by a day to elevate some cost. We would like to discuss this with the Mayor when time allows.
Tim made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Anna. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm,
