      c) A Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Purchase of Two Vehicles for the Proviso Township Transportation Department on an Emergency Basis

      d) An Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority

      e) A motion to ratify the Supervisor’s declaration of June 21st as a paid holiday for full-time employees of Proviso Township and closing the offices of the Township, in recognition of Juneteenth.
