Township of Proviso Board of Township Trustees met Oct. 21.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan. Also present were Attorney Durkin, Deputy Clerk Mary Donahue and Assessor Zawaski.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROV AL OF MINUTES
Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on October 5, 2020.

5. APPROV AL OF BILLS
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for October 1, 2020 – October 15, 2020. Roll Call Vote #2

6. ATTORNEY’S REPORT
We need to schedule a special meeting to approve an IGA next week.

A. Supervisor’s Report – No warrants. Senior Services received a thank you for their wonderful service. Dave Jelonek from GWA presented the Audit to the board.

A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.
B. Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Township Supervisor to Hire a Full-time Employee in the Township of Proviso Transportation Department
