Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
Come join your fellow Chamber members for our next Takeout Stakeout, this time at Lathrop House! In this event, we convene at a designated restaurant to pick up our takeout lunch choices, and get to see each other for a bit while we're at it in a socially-distanced meetup. Like our Tuesday Tasting lunch series from which this springs, lunch is a flat $15 including tax and tip.
Our location is Lathrop House Cafe, Forest Park's newest restaurant - and we're celebrating with a ribbon cutting, as well as takeout lunches!
Pick your entree from the menu linked from the event calendar page, below - any entree is available except for the Impossible burger, and includes a side and a fountain drink. Choose a burger, omelette, sandwich, skillet, salad - it's up to you! Email us with your menu choice, or include it in your registration form.
If you're ready, come out of hiding for a few minutes and join us at Lathrop House for our next Takeout Stakeout!
