a. To consider granting a Special Use to permit the storage of flammable liquids, fats or oil tanks each of fifty thousand (50,000) gallons or less capacity in the M-1 Zoning District at the subject property of 5315 9th Avenue.
2. CASE #PZA20-0004: Consideration of a Variance
a. To consider granting a Variance to reduce the rear yard setback from the minimum required 20’ to 15’ from the property line for the installation of two (2) above ground oil storage tanks at the subject property of 5315 9th Avenue.
