Lagrange Park Fire District responded to 175 calls in 2018 - 3.3 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Lagrange Park included 39 fires - 33 structure fires and six other fires.

In all, the department saw $117,910 in fire loss - or about $3,023 per fire.

The department also received 136 false calls, including four malicious calls and 132 other false calls.

The calls resulted in one civilian fire-related injury.
