Proviso Township Board of Trustees met Aug. 3.

1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met via conference call at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Monday, August 3, 2020.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present by means of audio conference: Trustees Christopher.
Also, physically present were Trustees Thomas, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams and Attorney Durkin.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on July 15, 2020.

Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Special Board Meeting held on July 29, 2020.

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Thomas that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for July 16, 2020 – July 31, 2020
