Public comment will also be allowed during the public comment portion of the meeting, using the “raise hand” function in the Zoom App. Public comments and any responses will be read into the public meeting record.

Meeting rooms at Village Hall are closed to the public. Physical attendance at this public meeting is limited to the lesser of 50 individuals or 50% occupancy, with Village officials, staff and consultants having priority over members of the public. The above public meeting restrictions are authorized by the Open Meetings Act, the CDC directive (social distancing guidelines) and Illinois Governor Disaster Proclamation dated August 21, 2020 (Phase 4 Restore Illinois Plan), and Executive Order 2020-52 extending the Governor’s prior Executive Orders relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and his implementation of Phase 4 of the “Restore Illinois” Plan (Community Revitalization Order - COVID-19 E.O. No. 48).
