64 percent of applicants to Dominican University were admitted for fall 2018

At Dominican University, 89 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 68 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in River Forest enrolled 2,990 students in fall 2018, including 2,106 in undergraduate and 884 in graduate programs, data shows. 7.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

91 percent of undergraduates are residents of Illinois, and 9 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (55 percent) and white (29 percent).

The school admitted 64 percent of the 4,813 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 15 percent enrolled.
