Meeting Modification Due To Covid-19 Pandemic: Pursuant To Governor Ritzker's Executive Order 2020-07, Dated March 16, 2020, Which Suspends The Requirement Of The Illinois Open Meetings Act Pertaining To In-Person Attendance By Members Of A Public Body During The Duration Of The Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation, Members Of The Board Of Trustees Participated In The Meeting Through Audio Access Technology. The Meeting Room Remained Open To The Public And The Public Was Allowed To Address The Board Of Trustees During The Public Comment Portion Of The Meeting. All Persons In
Attendance At The Meeting Practiced Appropriate Social Distancing. As Governor's Executive Order No. 2020-10, Dated March 20, 2020, And Cdc Guidelines, Require That No More Than 10 People Are Allowed In The Board Room At Any One Time. The Public Was Encouraged To Submit Written Public Comments In Advance Of The Meeting To Village Clerk Roberta Johnson At rjohnson@vofp.com.
CALL TO ORDER: President Pedersen called to order the Board of Trustees of the Village of Franklin Park in Public Hearing at 6:45 p.m.

Present Via Teleconference: Mayor Barrett Pedersen, Trustees Gil Hagerstrom, John Johnson, Bill Ruhl, Karen Special, Andy Ybarra

Staff Members Present Via Teleconference: Lisa Anthony (Health and Human Resources Director), David Gonzalez (Comptroller), Tom Dailly (I.T. Manager), Tom McCabe (Engineer Consultant for Smith LaSalle), Chief William Brehm (Fire Department), and John Schneider (Community Development Director), Frank Grieashamer (Trustee), Joe Lauro (Utilities Director)
IIII. PRESENTATION OF PROPOSED ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
1. Village Comptroller Dave Gonzalez gave a presentation and reviewed the proposed Appropriation Ordinance comparing the previous year to the proposed 2020/2021 year and summary of expenses and revenues expected for the fiscal year.
VI. PUBLIC COMMENTS (Limit to 2 minutes per speaker, Ordinance 1415-G-43)
1. No comments submitted to the Clerk's Office prior to the hearing per the Governors Executive Order and no comments in person during the hearing.
