Town of Proviso Board of Township Trustees met July 6.

1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met via conference call at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Monday, July 6, 2020.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present by means of audio conference: Trustees Herrell.
Also, physically present were Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams and Attorney Durkin.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on June 17, 2020.

Ayes: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan.

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for June 16, 2020 – June 30, 2020
