Town of Proviso Board of Township Trustees met June 1.

1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met via conference call at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Monday, June 1, 2020.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present by means of audio conference: Trustees Christopher, and Herrell. Also, physically present were Trustees Thomas and Chavez, Supervisor Corrigan, Assessor Zawaski, Clerk Williams and Attorney Durkin.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROV AL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on May 20, 2020. Roll Call Vote #1
Discussion: None
Ayes: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan.
Nays: None
Absent: None
Motion carried
5) APPROV AL OF BILLS
Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for May 16, 2020 – May 31, 2020

6) ATTORNEY’ REPORT
Remote meeting continues through June per the Governor.

A. Supervisor’s Report – No Warrants. Hillside office opening to the public on June 8, 2020. Bellwood office construction will start in a few weeks.

A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.

Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Thomas that the Board of Trustees adjourns the meeting at 5:40 pm.
