1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:39 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present by means of audio conference: Trustees Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan.
Also present by means of audio conference were Clerk Williams.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on May 4, 2020.

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for May 1, 2020 – May 15, 2020.
