Proviso Township Board Trustees met April 14.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

1. CALL TO ORDER

The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.

2. ROLL CALL

Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m. and on a roll call

The following responded present by means of audio conference: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan.

Also present by means of audio conference were Clerk Williams and Attorney Durkin.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on April 6, 2020.

Ayes: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan

Nays: None

Absent: None

Motion Carried

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS

Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for April 1, 2020 – April 15, 2020.
