Proviso Township Board of Township Trustees met April 6.

1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met via conference call at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Monday, April 6, 2020.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:37 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present by means of audio conference: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan.
Also present via audio conference were Clerk Williams and Attorney Michael R. Durkin.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on March 18, 2020.

Ayes: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan.
Nays: None
Absent: None

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for March 16, 2020 – March 31, 2020

6) ATTORNEY’ REPORT

A. Supervisor’s Report – No Warrants approved. No report on Annual Meeting being rescheduled due to the SIP order. Waiting on the Government.
B. Clerk’s Report – March birth and death totals provided.
C. Trustee’s Report – None
D. Elected Officials Report – None
E. Staff Report – Nate Booker, Census Commissioner reported that they are ahead of the national reporting. Also extended the date.
9) NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.
10) PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
11) ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees adjourns the meeting at 5:54 pm.
