3) Motion to approve Resolution R-07-2020; A Resolution Authorizing the Submission of a Public Policy Question at the November 3, 2020 General Election Concerning Whether the City of Northlake Should Consider the Purchase of Electric Vehicles Provided that Such Purchase Does Not Increase the Cost of any Vehicle by more than 10 percent (10%).
