Q3 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60154?

There were two offenders released on parole during the third quarter that live near Illinois zip code 60154, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by West Cook News.

The data shows that both of the released offenders in Westchester zip code were men. The younger parolee was a 35-year-old man convicted of a crime involving one or more weapons in 2018, and the other was a 39-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2019.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Robert Rice. He was convicted of a crime involving one or more weapons in 2018, when he was 35 years old. He is now 36.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
