1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2. ROLL CALL
Trustee Herrell called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell.
Also present were Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, Attorney Durkin.
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees Approve Trustee Herrell to be Chairman Pro Tem in Supervisor Corrigan’s Absence.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on February 3, 2020.
