Chairman Schneider read the legal notice that was published in the Franklin Park Herald-Journal and mailed to property owners adjacent to the alley.

2. Public Hearing and Agenda, as Exhibit 2.

3. Letters dated January 16, 2020, to Jeffrey P. Dundovich; Krzysztof Baniak and Katarzyna Wardakowska; the Anthony Pedroza 2016 Revocable Declaration of Trust; and the Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home as well as the signed certified receipts of personal service returned to the Village by the parties, a letter dated January 16, 2020, to the Village of Franklin Park, and a letter dated January 30, 2020 from the Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, as Exhibit 3.

4. Three Plats of Vacation, as Exhibit 4.
