Countryside home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Countryside rose by $97,500 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 39.4% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Countryside in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Countryside for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,308, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
