Westchester School District 92.5 Board of Education met Nov. 13.

I. The special meeting of the Board of Education of School District 9212, Westchester, Illinois, was held in the Westchester Middle School Media Center, at 1620 Norfolk Avenue, on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, commencing at 8:30 a.m.
I.A. ROLL CALL: On the call of the roll the following members were found to be present: President Slager and Member Wesolowski. Vice President Voegtle, Secretary Quiroz, Members Boyd, Douglas-Pieniazek, and Ortiz were absent at the call of the roll. Also present at the meeting were Philip Salemi, Jakub Banbor, Shawn Barrett, Stephanie DelFiacco, Dennis Gress, Greg Leban, Beth Malinski, and Richard Novy. Guests present: Kelly Alswede, Jenny Berg, Mikela Burries, Olivia Cameron, Gina Cerasuolo, Schandy Cordero, Kelly Hernandez, Joanne Jerousek, Barbara Kadus, Elizabeth Kincanon, Lora Lafin, Kristen Lasky, Rose Leon, Jacob Pinckney, Christian Reese, Maeve Schoo, and Joey Setser.
The Strategic Planning Team met for their final full day. The focus was on Setting Direction. The team drafted a vision statement, mission statement, values, goals and strategies.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:20 p.m.
