1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
2) ROLL CALL
Trustee Herrell called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell. Also present was Clerk Williams.
Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees Approve Trustee Herrell to be Chairman Pro Tem in Supervisor Corrigan’s absence.

Absent: Supervisor Corrigan

3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Trustee Herrell led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on October 7, 2019-
