2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60154?

There were 10 offenders released on parole during 2018 that live near Illinois zip code 60154, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by West Cook News.

The data shows that the 10 released offenders living in the Westchester zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 42. The youngest parolee was a 24-year-old man convicted of a crime involving one or more weapons in 2017, and the oldest was a 68-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2015.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Andre Figueroa. He was convicted of a crime involving one or more weapons in 2011, when he was 26 years old. He is now 34.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
