Variance Request Case # 19-ZBA 05 – To allow the construction of a new parking pad in a rear yard that already exceeds the rear yard lot coverage at 45%. Construction of the new parking pad would increase the coverage to 57%. The Property is a legal conforming lot in an R-1 Single Family Residential District at 3006 Madison St.
