City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs Committee met April 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
The meeting was called to order at 6:40 pm

Tim made a motion to approve the minutes from the March 2019 meeting, seconded by Pat. All in favor, the motion carried.
Old Business
Easter Eggstravaganza is all set. April 13 @11am – 12:30pm. We will be there at 10am to set up. Hopefully this will be a successful event.
June 29th Northlake Days. We are proposing bingo starting at 4pm finishing by 5:30-6pm.
Joe Trevino will have a Taco Cart and Hot Dog Cart. He will set up by the same location as the band around 4pm (this will not cost the city any money, Joe will charge the patrons). He will also sell the above items at the car show the following day.
Music will start at 7pm and continue until 10pm. Diane is purchasing 4th of July paraphernalia to pass out at this event.
Diane will order our committee polo shirts to wear at our event.
NEW BUSINESS -
Chicago Dog Outing. Rick will select a date in May. More information next month.
Paul made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Pat. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
